Image
New Delhi: Remember that famous line from 2006 dramaShaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar which said, “Shaadi karke phas gaya yaar, acha khasa tha kunwara”. Bollywood'sDabangg Khan seems to be in agreement with this logic. That is why he wants to be daddy without getting married. Yes you heard it right!

In a recent event to launch his fan page on Google Plus, Salman made this shocking and surprising confession. When the actor was asked about his marriage plans, he replied, "Marry, I don't know. But kids, I love them and want to have them. I am working on a way I can escape marriage and just have the kids."

Salman Khan continues his obscure attacks on Shahrukh Khan

SalmaKhan
Two ace Khans of BollywoodSalman Khan and Shahrukh Khan who have been very consistent in delivering blockbusters since a last two decades have also been consistent in terms of taking digs at each other directly and indirectly through media by making various statements.
However, they were in peace since quiet a long time but Salman Khan’s recent statement about stars spending time for the movie’s publicity before its release which he feels is the producer’s headache is clearly an anti-statement of what Shahrukh feels is his best case practice.
The macho star quoted “Today you have to keep aside a month and a half for promotions because producers tie up with so many brands, which I don’t like much”. On the flipside Shahrukh is known for being involved in movie’s publicity a lot before its release making sure every aspect which takes movie’s hype to the maximum extent is comprehensively made use of.
However, Salman’s attitude towards movie publicity is completely opposite to what Sharhukh thinks and he is making it known to people by his comments in the media and in turn continuing the obscure attacks on King Khan.We have to wait and see if Shahrukh attacks back right away making our apprehensions clear.

Ex-flames make Dabangg Sallu nervous?

Image
He is known to single-handedly bash up dozens the goons in his movies. Still, Dabangg star Salman Khan had some tense moments prior to hosting a film awards show. What made things difficult for him was the presence of his ex-flames Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Katrina Kaif.

It was the first instance when the 47-year-old superstar was hosting an awards show. “Everybody gets nervous when you do something for the first time, even I am nervous," he was quoted as saying during the Star Guild Awards 2013 function on Saturday.

Although Salman won the hearts of audience by his spectacular performance, we can understand the discomfort he must have been experiencing during the show. Known to be a very emotional person, our Chulbul Pandey once broke down in an award function which took place immediately after his break-up with Ash ten years ago. If that is taken into account, we are sure that it would have been difficult for Salman to give a live performance with the stunning beauties constantly looking at him.

Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai parted ways in 2002, owing to the latter describing it as a “turbulent relationship”. She had also accused her then beau to be constantly harassing her in different ways after the split. Later on, Salman dated actress Katrina Kaif and the affair ended in 2010. However, the duo has maintained friendly terms since then.

Well, if it was the pressure of hosting a live event for the first time then it is OK. Else, bhaijaan will have to overcome his nervousness by practicing a lot.

Rishi as Dawood in chilling spy drama

Image
Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor will now play Dawood Ibrahim in Nikhil Advani's D-Day. Opposed to the director's initial plan, the character will not even be called Dawood anymore. D-Day was supposed to be an authentic, gutsy, raw and edgy thriller about two RAW agents played by Arjun Rampal and Irrfan being sent to Pakistan to bring Dawood Ibrahim back by road to be tried by the Indian government.

The idea was to name Dawood as Dawood and cast Pakistani actors to play characters from across the border. But now Rishi will play a camouflaged Dawood, while the talented actor Chandan Roy Sanyal has been cast as the don's psychotic nephew.
"Rishiji's character is not even named Dawood any longer. Under pressure, Nikhil Advani had to give the character a fictional name, though it would be quite obvious who he is," said a source from the industry. Rishi will be going all-out to play the camouflaged Dawood as authentically as possible.

"This would be an even darker more sinister character than the one he played in Agneepath (of villainous Rauf Lala). Rishiji is researching the character as rigorously as he can. But now the excitement of playing the edgy real-life character is blunted," said another source from the unit.
With reports of him being seen in a biker avatar with lots of tattoos in another upcoming film, Rishi Kapoor surely seems to experimenting with roles. Let’s wait and watch if he successfully pulls them off.

Murder 3 collects Rs 13.31 cr

Image
Bhatt camp is back with its popular Murder franchise and for the first time Vishesh Bhatt has donned the director's hat for Murder 3. While the first two films in the franchise have been a hit at the box office, Murder 3 has managed to do a decent business in its opening weekend.

Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Murder3 collected approx Rs 13.31 cr net in its opening weekend. Breakup: - Fri 4.52 cr, Sat 4.01 cr, Sun 4.78 cr."
While Murder 2 was touted as Emraan Hashmi's biggest solo hit, his replacement Randeep Hooda has received an average response at the box office. The film had an average start on Friday but it later picked up on Saturday.

The film also stars Aditi Rao Hydari and Pakistani actress Sara Loren. The story of the film is borrowed from Columbian movie The Hidden Face. Despite a solid plot, the film fails to be griping, mainly due to too many unnecessary sound tracks, some lackluster performances and a lengthy screenplay. After a series of unimpressive reviews, this surely will bring some respite to the Bhatt camp.

Race 2 inspires Disgrace 2

Image
Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Race 2 has inspired a parody video. Renamed Disgrace 2, the two-and-a-half minute trailer pokes fun at the recently released sequel. "The video is a work of comic genius. From Saif Ali Khan's slightly high-pitched voice to badly executed stunts and slow motion walks, nothing is spared," said a source in the industry.

The online spoof also mocks the many plot twists, lack of script and members of the project's ensemble cast. "Renaming Saif's Agent Vinod as Travel Agent Vinod is too funny. As is John Abraham Bag of Steroids and Anil Kapoor touted as Tom Cruise's best friend," added the source.
The video also shows Deepika Padukone as “the ultimate party girl”, spliced with scenes from a number of other movies where she is shown getting drunk. Viral Fever Videos, the company behind the release, has also spoofed The Gangs of Wasseypur as The Gangs of Social Media.
After a severe bashing from film critics, this video will surely hurt the team of Race 2.

Akki beats SRK, Sallu in moolah

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has reportedly signed a film with Reliance and will be paid nearly Rs. 50 cr. If industry sources are to be believed, the Khiladi’s estimated pay for his latest film, which is a remake of south film Thupakki, will also make him the highest paid actor in B-Town, far ahead of Shah Rukh and Salman.

Recently, fans of Akshay Kumar got the hash tag  #Akshay2000crore to trend worldwide for two days, suggesting that the actor has earned a whooping Rs 2000 cr in his lifetime in Hindi cinema.
While the news of his assets was left unconfirmed, an emotional Akshay Kumar thanked his fans, whom he fondly referred to as “Akkians”. "Honestly blessed to have you all Akkians in my life. Special thanks to my fan clubs who support me so much selflessly time & again. Thank you for the #Akshay2000crore tag only possible coz of you all," he tweeted.
The trend started on February 16 and was taken off on Monday. It was one of the top trends in India. Akshay is riding on both the box office success and the critical acclaim of his latest film Special 26 that also starred Anupam Kher and Manoj Bajpayee. It is learnt that the film's production company, Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, is keen to carry the heist tale forward into not only a sequel, but an ongoing franchise.

While Special 26 is doing well at the box office,  2012, too, was a successful year for the star with blockbusters like Housefull 2, Rowdy Rathore and Khiladi 786.
Housefull 2 and Rowdy Rathore joined the 100 crore club making him one of the most bankable actors for producers.
