Inkaar movie : First Day First Show – As It Happens

02:10 pm=> Audience leave with a lot of Inkaar about the movie, on their faces.

02:05 pm=> She even goes on to tell Rahul about the fun she is having with the agency’s owner. Rahul is furious and tells her that he is in love with her. The scene gets steamy. Something drastic happens… Philosphy…. Climax.

02:00 pm=> Maya now thinks of playing games. She meets the agency owner personally and has some fun.

01:50 pm=> The case gets murkier. Maya then moves inquiry to court. Heads of the inquiry board confused. Management tries to destroy Maya’s career.

01:45 pm=> Maya and her would be fiancee fight over Maya’s case and her not withdrawing it.

01:35 pm=> Maya keeps losing work because of Rahul. And the two keep interfering in each others work.

01:30 pm=> Both Rahul and Maya give different versions to the inquiry board. While Maya says Rahul hinted for a sexual relationship, Rahul says Maya had threatened him for the same.

01:20 pm=> Maya finds it very difficult to work with Rahul and his non-cooperating behavior.

01:15 pm=> Rahul is unhappy with Maya’s fast growing success.

INTERVAL

Brillant screenplay.. very similar to that of ‘The Social Network’. The entire movie revolves around the inquiry table. The movie portrays corporate culture, boss-employee egos and how one with the help of another climbs the success ladder.

01:00 pm=> Fights between Rahul and Maya take place openly at work place.

12:50 pm=> Later it is learnt that Maya is the National Creative Head of KK & Doyle ad agency for which Rahul is the CEO.

12:40 pm=> Maya finds out about Rahul’s affair with model Pamela… Rahul-Maya breakup. Maya moves to Delhi… Finds a job in an Ad agency as a creative head.

12:35 pm=> Maya is apparently insecure about Rahul with the models he works with.

12:30 pm=> Employees at work begin to talk and spread rumors about their relationship and claims Rahul is in love with Maya and that, Maya is winning awards because of her sexual relationship with Rahul.

12:25 pm=> Flash back…. Rahul and Maya in Bangkok for a client presentation. The duo bag a Thai client.. Celebrations… Music begins,’Hum Gum Huye’ …And Maya and Rahul are in bed.

12:20 pm=> Award function… Rival agencies competing… Rahul offers Maya a job in his company.

12:15 pm=> Flash Back to Goa… Rahul and Maya are thrown in the swimming pool by friends..

12:03 pm=> Enters Arjun Rampal as Rahul Verma and Chitrangada Singh as Maya. Sexual harassment case on Rahul.
